French Open Data Hub’s goal is to support he exploitation of Open Data and collect actors and stakeholders interested to support Data Economy, to provide services for entrepreneurial initiatives based on the use of OD/LOD and to strengthen the local economy and to provide services to citizens, to SMEs/ start-ups etc.

Les COTEFE (Comité territorial Education – Formation - Emploi) 2011, réorganisés en fonction des zones d'emploi 2010, remplacent les COTEF (délibération 11-1306 du 21/10/2011). Ils ont vocation à organiser le recueil des besoins en formation et la prise en compte des besoins économiques des territoires. Zonage constitué sur la base du référentiel GEOFLA® de l'Institut Géographique National.
